The Meeting Venue (labelled ‘M’ on the map) is located between Kent and Sussex streets; one block west of St Andrew’s Cathedral.
While our church building is closed for renovation, we are meeting in the David Stewart Room on the Ground Floor of the WEA building.
How to Find the WEA Building
By Bus
There are several bus stops within one block of the WEA building.
- Use the Transport for NSW Trip Planner to plan a trip to 72 Bathurst Street.
By Car
On-Street Parking
Pay and display parking applies almost everywhere at the rate of $8.20/hour during all the services. Allow for about two hours of parking time.
Off-Street Parking
The Deacons’ Court has arranged pre-paid car parking in the Meriton Car Park for the congregation’s members and visitors. Enter from 100 Bathurst Street, just beyond George Street. If you use this facility, see one of our Office Bearers after the service for a ‘Free Parking Ticket’ to scan when leaving the parking station. High vehicles please note the 2.1m clearance.
By Metro
Alight at Gadigal station and:
- exit to Bathurst Street, turn left,
- cross Bathurst Street (right) at the traffic lights,
- cross Kent Street (left) at the same traffic lights,
- continue west on Bathurst Street and look for WEA Sydney on your right.
By Train
Alight at Town Hall station and:
- walk west along Bathurst Street,
- cross Kent Street at the traffic lights,
- continue west on Bathurst Street and look for WEA Sydney on your right.
